On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton and the children and families that we serve, thank you so much for supporting the Premier Charity Comic Classic.

Through this event we are able to raise awareness of the challenge many of our children in Halton are facing; growing up without the care and guidance of their parents. They turn instead to staff, foster parents, volunteers and each other to learn what family really means, and they rely solely on the generous donations of this community for the opportunity to realize their dreams and reach their potential.

Thank you to everyone involved in organizing, sponsoring and supporting “Chuckles for Charity”. Proceeds from the last four events have been used to make a positive difference to the lives of children & youth in Halton and continue to bring hope to those who would be lost without your support.

Thank you,

Tina Blatchford

A Thank You from The Goddard Group Foundation

The Goddard Group Foundation is honoured and grateful to be a recipient of a portion of the proceeds from the 2011 Premier Charity Comic Classic.  Our thanks go out to the organizing committee and to all of the sponsors and individual supporters alike who have so enthusiastically contributed to this event.  Through your generous commitment we are able to expand our support to the promotion of post-secondary education for promising students in our community.  In the past 4 years since our Foundation’s inception in 2007, we have been able to contribute towards the post-secondary education of 8 young students.  Thank you again – from us, and from each of them.

Sincerely,
Wendy McAdam
